Estimates vs. final pricing

All estimates provided by Immaculate Contracting LLC, doing business as Immaculate Gutter Solutions — whether in person, by phone, or from photos — are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not final quotes. Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and may differ if:

  • Actual linear footage or scope differs from what was described
  • Fascia rot, structural damage, or underlying issues are discovered
  • Access conditions (roofline height, obstacles, terrain) require additional equipment or labor
  • Materials, profile, or color are changed after the estimate
  • Material costs have changed since the estimate was issued

We do not begin work without your approval of the final quoted price.

Site and property conditions

Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Unsafe roofline or ladder access from ice, snow, or heavy rain
  • High winds that make ladder work dangerous
  • Unmarked hazards (buried utilities, unstable ground, unfenced drops)
  • Locked gates, dogs on the property, or other access restrictions

We will contact you to reschedule if we cannot work safely on arrival. There is no charge for weather-related rescheduling.

Scope of service

Our services cover the gutter system and directly related components — fascia, soffit, downspouts. We do not perform roofing or shingle work, foundation waterproofing beyond downspout drainage, interior water damage repair, or general carpentry and painting beyond what gutter installation requires. If we find issues outside our scope (active roof leaks, structural deck damage), we tell you and recommend qualified contractors.

Pre-existing conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that are not visible during assessment or were not disclosed — including hidden rot behind fascia boards, existing water damage inside walls or attics, and prior work improperly installed by others. If such conditions surface during installation, we stop and consult with you before proceeding.

Weather and environmental factors

Gutter systems manage typical roofline runoff; they are not engineered for every scenario the Wasatch Front can produce. Outside normal design parameters: extreme ice dam formation, hail that dents aluminum, falling limbs and debris, and heavy cottonwood or leaf accumulation on systems without guards. Damage from these events is not covered by the workmanship warranty — guard systems and extensions can reduce their impact, and we're glad to discuss them.

Color and material appearance

Colors on screen or in samples may differ slightly from installed product due to display calibration, lighting, and coil batch variation. If color accuracy is critical, review a physical sample in daylight before installation. Copper develops a natural patina over time; the patina is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
